Shipping Policy

NOTICE:  Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, processing and shipping may be delayed due to the "Shelter in Place" order issued by the State of Mississippi.

We offer several shipping options for your convenience: USPS Priority Mail is our most popular option and includes insurance and tracking information so you can track your package from mail drop to delivery. We offer USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground shipping, or free local and curbside pickup. Shipping can take between 1-3 business days depending on weight and location of delivery. 

Orders are processed and shipped Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 

If in-store or curbside pickup was selected as the shipping method, it can be picked up Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM - 2 PM.  You will receive a phone call or email once your order is ready.  If shipping was selected, an email with the tracking information will be sent that can provide the current location of the package. 

Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is in the hand of the carrier (USPS or UPS). Please contact the carrier with your tracking number directly. If USPS is the carrier, contact the local office. 

Once your package is received at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed. Once it has been processed, you will receive an email detailing the refund. Please note that shipping charges are not refunded.
